Let’s hope this is the last we hear of Kat Von D and Jesse James. The tattoo-happy twosome have called it quits yet again after nixing their engagement in July and reconciling the following month. “I am not in a relationship,’’ Kat wrote on her Facebook page. “And I apologize for all the back and forth if it’s caused any confusion.’’
