Happy birthday, Heather Locklear!
The actress turns 50 on Sunday, a month after announcing her engagement to her former "Melrose Place" co-star Jack Wagner. Yes, those two crazy kids finally made it work.
Limelife reports that the couple briefly considered starring in a reality show about their relationship and their life together. Word is that Wagner explored the idea of a family show that would include his two sons with ex-wife Kristina Malandro (of "General Hospital" fame) and Locklear's daughter from her marriage to Richie Sambora, Ava.
Locklear, however, vetoed the idea. "She considers herself a serious actress, and the thought of letting lights and cameras into her home in the morning before she puts on her makeup really fills her with dread," a source says.
It's for the best -- look what happened to Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey with "Newlyweds."
